Last updated: 19 August 2026

By visiting, using or ordering from this website, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the website.

Please note that all hospitality packages, event tickets and related services are subject to availability. Prices may change and are not confirmed until your booking has been accepted and confirmed by Directors Box Events Ltd.

The provision of hospitality packages, event tickets and related hospitality services by Directors Box Events Ltd is expressly conditional upon the booking terms and conditions set out below (the “Contract”). Any terms and conditions proposed by you in addition to, or which conflict with, these Terms and Conditions are expressly rejected by Directors Box Events Ltd.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Directors Box Events Ltd accepts bookings and arranges hospitality packages, event tickets and related services. We do not accept bookings on any other terms unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

1. Party Details

1.1 Your booking is with Directors Box Events Ltd, with registered address at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU(“we”, “us”, the “Company” or “our”).

References in these Terms and Conditions to “you” and “your” include the person making the booking (“Lead Name”) and any person or persons included within that booking.

2. Your Booking

2.1 The contract between you and the Company in respect of the event or events specified in your booking (“the Event”) shall be created and come into force when we accept your booking and issue a booking confirmation and invoice to you (“Booking Confirmation”).

If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your booking, we will promptly refund any payment that has been taken from you using your chosen payment method.

2.2 By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept bookings on any other terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other documentation, including a booking form or Booking Confirmation, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly agreed otherwise by us in writing.

2.3 The Lead Name must be aged 18 or over. By making the booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all other persons included in your booking.

2.4 Whether you book individually or as part of a group, we will normally deal with the Lead Name in relation to all correspondence, changes, amendments and cancellations.

The Lead Name is responsible for ensuring that all personal details and other information supplied to us are accurate and for passing all relevant booking information and subsequent changes to the other persons included in the booking.

The Lead Name remains responsible for all sums owed to the Company in connection with the booking.

2.5 The Booking Confirmation will set out the services included within your Event package. Any service not specifically stated in the Booking Confirmation is not included.

You are responsible for checking the Booking Confirmation carefully and notifying us immediately of any errors or omissions.

2.6 Unless expressly stated in the Booking Confirmation, your booking does not include transportation, accommodation or any other services not specifically identified as being included.

You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements unless these have been expressly included within your booking.

2.7 If, after the Booking Confirmation has been issued, you wish to purchase additional services, tickets, hospitality or other items, these will be charged separately and must be paid for in accordance with the relevant invoice or payment terms.

3. Payment

3.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit of 50% of the total booking value is payable upon receipt of the Booking Confirmation.

3.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the commencement of the Event (“Balance Due Date”), unless alternative payment terms have been agreed with you in writing.

3.3 If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the Event, full payment will normally be required at the time the booking is confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 If the balance is not received by the Balance Due Date, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Cancellation charges under clause 5 may then apply.

3.5 The Company reserves the right to withhold tickets, hospitality passes, confirmations or other booking documentation until all amounts due have been paid in full.

3.6 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate.

4. The Event and Third Parties

4.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to provide the services stated in your Booking Confirmation. However, events are often operated by third-party venues, organisers, promoters, sporting organisations, artists or other suppliers and consequently event dates, timings, locations, seating arrangements and other details may be subject to change.

4.2 Where an Event is changed by a third party, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with an alternative arrangement where this is available and commercially reasonable.

4.3 We cannot guarantee that an Event will take place. If an Event is cancelled or postponed, our liability to you will be limited to any refund actually received by Directors Box Events Ltd from the relevant event organiser, venue, promoter or third-party supplier in respect of your booking.

Where no refund is provided to Directors Box Events Ltd by the relevant third party, we will not be obliged to refund sums which we have already paid to that third party on your behalf, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate insurance to protect against cancellation, postponement or other circumstances affecting your attendance.

4.4 Attendance at an Event may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant venue, organiser, promoter, sporting organisation or other third party. Where these terms are made available to us, we may provide them to you before the Event.

4.5 Where Directors Box Events Ltd arranges tickets, hospitality or other services provided by a third party, we may act as an agent or reseller for that third party. The terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider may therefore apply to your attendance.

5. Cancellation of Your Booking

5.1 You may request cancellation of your booking at any time. However, cancellation charges may apply in accordance with this clause.

We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance to cover cancellation and other risks associated with your booking.

5.2 You may cancel your booking where the Event is significantly affected by a Force Majeure Event. In such circumstances, any refund will be limited to any refund actually received by Directors Box Events Ltd from the relevant organiser or third-party provider, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

A Force Majeure Event may include, but is not limited to, war, threat of war, terrorism, serious security incidents, civil unrest, political instability, industrial disputes, strikes, natural disasters, nuclear incidents, severe weather, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

5.3 Where travel or accommodation is not included in your booking, you should avoid making non-refundable or non-changeable travel or accommodation arrangements until the Event details have been confirmed.

Directors Box Events Ltd will not be responsible for the cost of travel, accommodation or other arrangements made independently by you where those arrangements cannot be used because of a change, postponement or cancellation of the Event, except where required by law.

5.4 Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the Lead Name by email or to the Company’s registered address.

Unless otherwise stated in your Booking Confirmation, the following cancellation charges will apply:

5.4.1 If you cancel after the Booking Confirmation has been issued but more than 12 weeks before the Event, the cancellation charge will normally be limited to the deposit paid.

5.4.2 If you cancel within 12 weeks of the Event, all sums paid to secure the booking will be non-refundable. You may also remain liable for any outstanding balance which would otherwise have become payable under the Booking Confirmation.

Where a particular Event or hospitality package has specific cancellation terms, those terms will be stated in the Booking Confirmation and will take precedence where expressly agreed.

6. Changes to Your Booking

6.1 If you wish to change your booking after the Booking Confirmation has been issued, we will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate your request, but changes may not always be possible.

Requests for changes must be made in writing by the Lead Name.

An administration charge may apply, together with any additional costs incurred from third-party suppliers as a result of the requested change.

6.2 Some tickets, hospitality packages, accommodation, seating arrangements and other components may be non-transferable or non-changeable once purchased. In such circumstances, changes may incur charges of up to 100% of the relevant booking cost.

7. Liability

7.1 Directors Box Events Ltd does not control the operation of Events organised or delivered by third parties and accepts no responsibility for acts or omissions by event organisers, venues, promoters, sporting organisations, artists, performers, contractors, employees, agents or other third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.2 We cannot guarantee the appearance or participation of any particular artist, performer, player, team, sportsperson, speaker, guest or other individual unless expressly confirmed in writing as part of your booking.

7.3 We will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of third parties, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7.5 Subject to clause 7.4 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Directors Box Events Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or other financial losses arising from your booking or attendance at an Event.

8. Data Protection

We will collect, store and process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy will explain how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information and how you can exercise your rights in relation to your data.

9. General

9.1 Variation

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be made available on our website.
