How it began
Two perspectives.
One clear idea.
Directors Box Events grew from the working relationship between Mark Linton and Simon Beevers, initially as supplier and client through The Business Growth Network.
As Simon became more involved with Mark, he saw first-hand the experience, relationships and knowledge Mark had built through more than 30 years in event management. It quickly became clear there was an opportunity to create something different.
They sat down, put their heads together and Directors Box Events was formed.
The idea was simple
Give business owners and directors access to exceptional sport—and create the right environment for genuine business relationships along the way.

Between them, Mark and Simon have experienced some of the UK’s and world’s most prestigious sporting and hospitality events, including Cheltenham Festival, Formula 1, Asian Cup Polo, international cricket and tennis.
They wanted to make that experience available to businesses looking to entertain clients, reward teams, build relationships or simply enjoy an exceptional day with other directors and business owners.
